Do you accept credit card payments?

No, Fisch Properties does not accept credit card payments for rent.

What are acceptable forms of rent payment?

Rent can be paid via personal check, cashier's check, or money order.  All forms of payment should be made out to Fisch Properties, LP.  (Note:  Havenhurst tenants should make payments payable to Sunhaven Apartments, LLC.)
